EZ JEWELRY INSURANCE SERVICES REFUND POLICY

All purchases are subject to underwriting approvals. You will receive a 100% refund of your insurance premiums should there be any adverse action taken upon your policy approval. However, if the policy is approved and bound, even for one day, the policy fee will be non-refundable. Any mid-term cancellation will be subject to a pro-rata return of premium minus the one-time broker fee, which was agreed in the original insurance application.
